Great experience working with Robert London through the purchase of an RS6. At the time when I placed the initial deposit, I knew factory allocations and lead times were going to be a bit of a gamble but I had patience. The sales staff were very attentive to my needs. They asked me several questions to ensure they were showing me cars that would meet my needs. They explained all car features and were very excited about what the car offers. I did not feel pressured which is a key component of my rating.
Although I have a very long history of automobile purchases from various dealerships, East to West, my most recent with Audi Cary - and in particular with Brian Bady - was exceptional!
It all started with the ball dropped, but Brian was quick to get in, and get it done. He was ever the professional, customer service oriented, and exemplar with product knowledge. Most important he stayed tight to my agenda and needs versus the dealerships. An exceptional job.

I've owned 10 Audi's over the last 13 years and I've never had a bad experience with Audi or their Service department, until recently at Audi Cary.
I recently brought 4 brand new wheels in to have new tires mounted for my S5. They packaged them up and put them in my vehicle for me. When I got them home I found one of the wheels badly gouged and nobody from Audi said a word to me about it. After some back and forth Audi Service covered the wheel (only bright spot in this ordeal). I was told to schedule with service to have the tire swapped from the damaged wheel to the new one - easy enough.
I called no less than seven times over the course of two weeks and was transfered to the Service department. Never once did I speak to anyone from Service. Each time I called I waited on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes and not a single person ever answered. I've also emailed the Service Manager multiple times with no reply.
In the end I opted to go to a tire shop that knows what they are doing and paid out of my pocket to get the tire mounted on the new wheel (without damage this time).
I am a loyal Audi customer and will continue to buy more Audi vehicles, but not from Audi Cary. I'll go further to another dealership.
Great staff that was not pushy at all. From the salesman to the financing office, I never felt pressured to purchase a car or extra warranties. Took good care of me and let me make my decisions on my own time! Would definitely recommend. Service dept squeezed us in for a minor issue a week or two after delivery which we were very pleased with.
We just purchased our second Audi this year from Jim Fryling. I can’t recommend him highly enough and buying two cars should say a lot! Great experience both times!
I had a wonderful experience with both Isaac and Matt when purchasing my new car. I felt like they both worked really hard to make me a great deal, but without being pushy or obliged to them. Would happily work with them again!
I had the joy of being told I had to pay for an unnecessary wheel alignment for my vehicle for an un-related service I brought my vehicle in for. I told them I didn't want the alignment done and they told me I they had already done it and I had to pay for it. Conveniently, there was no manager to talk to at any point in the day.
After I paid the ransom note/invoice to get my Audi out of their hands, I went to air up my tires after leaving. Not a single tire had pressure even close to the correct PSI. So not only did I get jobbed, but they couldn't even bother to air up my tires before providing me an alignment I didn't want.
All-around garbage.
